Everyday I eat brown rice! And it was so delicious and rich of fiber. Fiber is essential nutrients that we can find from herbal foods. Fiber has a very vital function for health, such as to lower blood pressure of and prevent heart disease. 
Here are some fiber foods that must exist in your menu:

1. Apple
According to research, this  fruit has many fiber that has phytochemical substances and flanoid that has a function, to reduce the risk of lung cancer up to 50%. A quotes said "An apple a day keeps the doctor away."

2. Wheat bread
This bread is a mainstay for dieters, contains high fiber, anti oxidants and fitosterogen substances that can prevent heart disease and cancer.

3. Brown rice
This rice also a mainstay for dieters, has a high fiber, vitamin B1, B2, B6, tantoneat acid and help to oxidize the fatty acids.
